The Erdogan Family and shareholders establish the company in Istanbul. The production starts with only an extrusion press and a die workshop.

The Anodizing Line is Built
An anodizing line is built in a different location in Istanbul.

The Factory
Current factory is constructed and ready for business.

Powder Coating Line
A powder coating line is added to our facility

Production Starts
All the production processes, gear, and offices move into the new building and are now all under the same roof!

Chemical Brightening
Our chemical brightening line is built, boasting the highest capacity in the whole of Europe.

Fabrication
We establish our fabrication department, which includes CNC machining, drilling, punching, and bending.

ERP Systems
We introduce ERP systems with SAP and ADAM software.

Further Extrusion Expansion
Two additional extrusion lines are added

We extend our factory to 430,000 square feet.

Updates and Modernization

ERD Metal Canada
ERD Metal Canada is established in Boston with a 62,000 square feet warehouse facility.

Merging Anodizing
Anodizing and brightening lines are merged to a fully automated, higher capacity single line.

ERD Metal Canada is established in Ottawa with a 64,000 square feet warehouse facility.
