Aluminum Fabrication

We offer a wide variety of custom aluminum fabrications, all customizable to your specific requirements. With a continuously expanding fabrication plant, we’re able to grow with our increased demand and give customer the personalized service and turnaround times they require.

What is Aluminum Fabrication?

Alumunim fabrication involves shaping metal into desired parts. There are numerous techniques to cut, fold, and shape metal to produce products, but most manufactures use mass-production methods. Our facilities allow us to create custom aluminum fabrications for our clients that match their specific needs and requirements.

The Process of Aluminum Fabrication

Creating custom aluminum fabrications requires cutting, burning, welding, forming and assembling of the chosen materials. Our fabrication plant has the capability to fulfill any request, whether it’s simple railings or heavy equipment. Specific subsectors of fabrication include cutlery and hand tools, architectural and structural metals, hardware, springs and wires, screws, nuts, bolts, forging, and stamping.

The process of custom fabrication includes:

Stage-1: Design

We use advanced CAD/CAM software to design and develop 3D prototypes of an object before starting with the process. We do this to ensure the final product will both function the way it should and ensure no time or money is wasted on unnecessary modifications.

Using advanced CAD/CAM software, we design 3D prototypes before any of the manufacturing begins. This ensures that the product functions properly and that no time, money, or materials will be wasted on later modifications

Stage-2: Fabrication

With the prototype finished, we begin cutting shapes for all components. Using the CNC (computer numerical control) tools, we can ensure every piece is cut accurately following the precise specifications of the prototype.

Stage-3: Assembly and Finalization

All individual parts are then assembled to form the finished product. Some additional techniques, such as deburring, are used to ensure the materials function properly. Finally, the powder coating is used to protect and give the product the intended look and feel.

The Benefits of Aluminum Fabrication

  • Centralization of processes
  • We are a one-stop fabrication shop, which means you don’t need to work with multiple vendors to get your custom fabrications done
